Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a CEL, I am in a position where I am in a dual role but also ensuring our account managers, recruiters, sales leaders, and consultants are taken care of. This takes away from my spread growth and I am hurting from a compensation stand point.
