I've been very pleased with my time at IG so far. This is my first "big girl" job and it's exceeded my expectations, by far. I look forward to seeing how I grow personally AND professionally while I'm a part of the IG family.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
I can really appreciate how willing they are to help me out with any concern or situation. I can tell that they provide genuine efforts in these cases and it creates open lines of communication.
What makes you most happy at work?
My first day in office since being hired was this week and it was so nice to be around my coworkers and have light conversation as we worked. I feel comfortable and looked out working from home AND in person
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
IG is doing a fantastic job at fostering a community of employees who work hard but also KNOW why they're working hard. There's intention behind action and it shows. It provides an environment that allows its employees to grow, thrive, and learn.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
IG runs smoothly because we're able to retain business really well which, behind the scenes, takes a well oiled machine. Few understand our job and with the influx of contractors lately, our workload is heavy and our hours are long so I'd say we deserve more recognition and higher pay.
