I have been with IG for 3 months and love it. Although this is a large business it has a small business feeling.

Completing some of my long-term projects and being able to accomplish some of my short-term goals.

Leadership is here to serve. This translates through out leadership despite title. I feel that Insight Global's leadership team cares about company culture.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Honestly, the Employee Assistance Programs that offer vendor discounts. Additionally the commuter tax is nice if I want to ride to work on public transportation.

Leadership is here to serve. I have experienced this from the top down from the CEO to my manager. Insight Global cares about company culture and its employees.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Insight Global works hard to keep employee moral high. Our CEO had a weekly conference call with all of the employees during the pandemic to be transparent about leadership. Additionally he recognized offices and employees who are performing well.
