transparency. they are honest without beating you down. they are supportive and kind and truly want to see you succeed.

We're a team outside of Insight Global. No one says "that isn't my job", we will pick up where we need to and help out where we can to get everyone to their goals.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do wonder if the responsibilities and demand of the role fairly match the pay but, I also feel like if I addressed this with my leader they would do what they could to support me.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Being willing to share what's working and what's not without fear of punishment. Everyone wants wants best for the company and for all of its people in it and will do what needs to be to done to achieve that.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
being in the professional recruiter role there is a lot of responsibility that falls on my plate and the compensation simply does not match that. we max out at 8%, while am's sit max at 23%. it doesn't feel like a partnership
