The we take care of each other value really is the most positive thing about our company. People want to help you. They want to see you succeed. And when you do succeed, everyone is there to celebrate your success.
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping entry level candidates/ recent grads get jobs that can turn into their future career. I love helping others and mentoring them throughout the interview process. I am helping someone get a job that will truly make them happy and also helping IG become better each day.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love our executive team. They embody our shared values through and through and continuously push us all to be better every single day. Not only do they push us to be better as employees, but they push us to be better individuals. I love their helpfulness and genuine kindness.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone cares about each other and every one wants to help out when a co-worker is in need. My new TA team has welcomed me with open arms and checks in on me daily. They are the BEST team I could ask for. What we do is hard, but the people we surround ourselves is what makes it all worth it.
