The last 2 years have been better than I could have ever imagined. Before Bert was CEO, I was constantly stressed to the point of unhappiness and did not feel valued at work. Bert has changed everything about the company and I believe in every thing that he does.

The ability to grow personally and professionally. I am challenged every day, which pushes me out of my comfort zone and helps me grow more every day

They are open to embracing new ideas all the time. We have diversified so many things in the last 2 years and changed the way we do things, which helps us constantly evolve.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
How open and honest they are about changes and future plans/goals. The fact that our CEO held a call every week for over a year to discuss COVID, internal/external policies, and company plans, is amazing and unheard of at most companies.
