Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am a successful AM but remember being a recruiter and barely making it, going nights without eating and that was with budgeting in a inexpensive apartment in Los Angeles. If they are encouraging recruiters to be 10mo pre promo, they have to be paid more. But enough so they're still driven for more
