Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I understand the lower bases are to push us to promotion/to make commission but I do feel like our bases in LA are barely livable without commission. I think a $50k-$55k base for R1s and $60k-$65k for Account Managers would be more fair.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think a higher base is more than warranted in LA. I understand that the lower bases are motivation to get promoted and make commission, but the cost of living in LA is so high and a $43k base for R1s is almost unlivable. I think base salaries should be $60k and $70k upon promotion.
