Getting paid weekly. I like that we can hit contests to keep us motivated to keep going!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a lot, the work hard play hard culture. The always strive to be better culture. We take care of one another culture.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they will go out of their way to get to know you, help you, congratulate you when you achieve something. Also they are always they if you need them for anything!
