we are so close-knit, everyone encourages each other to stretch themselves, and we are hard-working

being surrounded by like-minded people that understand you, also just being motivated to work HARD everyday

you always know where you stand, and everyone is there to cheer you on during your highs and lows
What is the best part about your compensation package?
commission being uncapped - but the worst part is that pros max at 8% vs account managers being tripled. i think it would be more fair for pros to receive maybe not 23%, but something like 15%
