it has been great overall. very stressfull and i get anxiety which needs to be worked on but its very rewarding

always willing to help eachother and we are all genuine friends outside of work

always being innovative and thinking of new ways to do things. we are very adaptable and open to suggestions and feedback
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are available when i need them and truly invested in my development along with other people who dont directly impact their personal success.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
bonus after hitting contest is really great and once you get to a certain level the commission structure is good. I think we could improve our base salary for those that are new to the company
