
Being leaders vs being managers
Making the work space enjoyable and fun while also working.
Having to pull double duty as a AM but also recruiting on all my own REQs because we dont have enough recruiters and are losing more and more to other companies. I cant built my business because im grounded always recruiting on my own reqs.
I feel as if we do 5x the work to only be compensated as if we do a desk job. The salary is not competitive with other companies and from a financial stability standpoint I'd take more salary to have a less commission percentage so that I have some financial security. Base salary's for Pro's and AM'
