What needs to change to make the company culture better?

the Operation team needs to operate under a bias goal .

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership team needs to take agent frontline support into account to avoid agent dissatisfaction. Re-establishing a Career Pathway to help guide other agents towards defining their goals within the company.
