Terrible. Constantly tired, chats and calls run slow. Never anybody to respond quick enough when you need like a supervisor , everyone leaves when they want too, they expectations are way too high, they don’t invite you to important things that an employee should be invited

Everyone helps each other. Everyone gets along and everyone sees how bogus this company is and can be

By showing us as employees respect for the work we do and the things we have to go through day by day for the hours we do and the pay we make
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything. Pay is terrible and way too low for the work we have to do. They expect you to be perfect. They get on you about the bad and not the good. There unorganized and management is terrible. Terrible company already and I’m yam employee.
