It's definitely a great company which I've called home for quite a few years now. It definitely has that home-like vibe, allowing you to approach almost anyone without fear. Like any company, however, there are still various ways it can improve.
What makes you most happy at work?
Co-workers definitely. I get to work with great people!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
When needed, I can contact them directly and they will respond in a prompt manner.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The speed, I was able to finish the entire process within 2 days plus feedback of my application after a week.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More communication between departments and less focus on rush assignments and projects. Setting unrealistic goals for client expectations hurts everyone in the long run.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Around my age! Definitely the diversity of the team as you get a different perspective of work and life from people of different backgrounds
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The scope of my work is quite large. In other companies, it would normally be done by 2 people or more. A consistent annual salary increase would definitely be a big moral boost.
