Executive Leaders are fun to work with and my colleagues are easy to work with. For someone that has this company as their first job, I would say that I'm happy to be here working and would like to remain working for a couple of years to start up my career.
What makes you most happy at work?
Talking to applicant/candidates. hearing stories from people. Meeting daily targets and making our superiors happy.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
24-7 intouch is very accommodating and would like to create a fun environment. They challenge each teams/department to maximize their productivity and would compensate once they receive good results.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is willing to work as one and is driven to achieve great things for the company. They make our workplace light and fun. I'm thankful that I met them as colleagues.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process is smooth and fun. They create a light environment once you are being interviewed so you would feel welcome. They accept people with less experience and I think that's wonderful!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Sometimes, I sacrifice my own rest days and personal life just to achieve targets/quotas. It's tiring and it's fun but I wish that we would be compensated since we are sacrificing a lot of personal matters for this.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My colleagues and I would like to create a non dramatic environment while at work and would love to separate personal matters from work. We remember to have fun even if the work is stressing us out. The company compensates us for our hard work and motivates us to be better.
