It used to be a great place to work. It has turned into a sweat shop, where professionals are treated like fast food workers for sub par pay. All the while the CEO floats about profits and stock price. Sickening, really. All the best people are leaving.

The current pay is only bringing mediocre talent to the table

It was with a live person. Subsequent interviews were recorded with you only on video. Creepy.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's 50 percent belowe market for front line customer service. All you have to do is view their social media to see the ramifications.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Compensating employees fairly for the work they do. 35 cents a year raise for a 25 year CPA is insulting. The gas station workers make similar money where I live.
