What is the best part about your compensation package?
Combination of earning potential (and well paid) now but also the ability to contribute for long term well being (stock program, RSU's, Pension etc)

The RSU's are an amazing part of the comp package, we are fortunate that we get stock as part of our annual review. Last year my RSU's at focal were more then my bonus! I plan to cash them in next year as a down payment for a new house!!!!

It gave me the opportunity to "show" my craft and prove myself. It was a way to get to know each other as apposed to dry Q&A
