The is Process good, but we need strong TA to stick to it

Being transparent and accountable. Stop trying to manipulate the information to sell serve and align with larger company goals
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Identify the teams / pockets that do not adhere to intuit values but want to play politics and get rid of them publicly that the behaviors is not accepted
