So many issues with IEP, season 25 different, harder. Made less money compared to the prior year. They pay is not much and they made it hard to get the bonus this year. Managers forced to work shifts, not time to guide their staff. Dirwctions kept changing and the push from corporatw very high.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was short and to the point. U have to send an interview video.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Using Ai to run a lot of stuff but is in a very beginners stage. Needs lots of improvements.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership no communication. Seems like people making decisions have not touch a return in their life. Lots of system errors and duplications.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Corporate greed based on increasing stock price wich keeps declining. Could be good for the DIY products since the cx is signing their return but not FE.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There was no time to talk to coworkers . No team meetings. They just want you to take calls and the systems recommends the client goes offline because taxes are complex u get in trouble for doibg their taxes in BOP. Different directions from all over.
