What did you like most about the interview process?
One interview to "assess awesome" before deciding. Other companies required multiple rounds. Intuit is decisive.

No single part - combination of strong base salary, annual bonus, equity, signing bonus, and corporate benefits.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Genuinely want to see you succeed. Feedback is meant to improve you, and coworkers are on my side. One of mine took almost two hours out of his day to help me think through a problem.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Brad Smith (previous CEO's) motto: Work Hard, Be Kind, Take Pride. The bar is very high, but in a supportive way; people are enthusiastic about helping customers, do everything they can to do that, and expect you to do the same.
