What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The environment is terrible. No one knows anyone else. People work from home because they are getting rid of office space and it's cheaper to send us out. Unlike working remotely but it makes for a very impersonal experience

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Congress and Senate are not held to the standards we are which is not fair. Thrusting have the same benefits or pay scale and aren't affected by their choices. Our Execs are puppets and do what they need to. The employees are never a consideration

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Perception is everything. No one cares about is because everyone hates us. We are always the first to get cut when we help people every day and bring in 99% of government funds. People are astonished to find out how many companies never pay over withholding or people who never pay their taxes.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Union research shows we are paid 20% less than comparable private sect jobs. Also we have had no raises in over 20 years. Cost of living has provided at !let .005% so for a 25k salary that's an increase of $100 which is awful. There has been a long hiring freeze and cannot backfill meaning more wrk
