What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication. It has been shit for the last 10 years. This is corporate leadership not store level. They cause so many problems by being terrible at this most basic thing.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Any positivity & their portrayal to the public is absolutely fake. During COVID, the mask count they said they donated was made up. They counted fabric that we discarded as masks. They were so scared of people talking to the media they gave talking points and threats. Anything to claim essential.
