Manager is rude to customers some people are treated better than others
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Customer service. They're always in a crabby mood and talking down to me as an employee when i call out. Saying I'm ridiculous and more concerned about my shift being covered than my own health.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I just want my last check that I deserve. By law I should have been paid within. 72 hours of quitting. It's been 2 weeks and my attempts to ask my manager what's going on she has blocked and ignored me
