I love working at Joann. I however need to get my pay stubs for my bank. I feel that there is no time to get them while I am at work. I am trying to get them and print them at home but I can't seem to figure it out. Our store is going through a lot of changes and I want to be a positive employee.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone I work with are like my second family.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have never been in a company meeting. I go to work, do what the managers ask and go home.
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping customer's find just what their project needs. Giving pointers and helping them figure out how much materials they need for their project.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I can't say much about them I have only met the district manager once 7 months ago. No one else on the executive team.
What did you like most about the interview process?
He was professional and kind. Joann is my first job and I am grateful to have been given a chance to work in a place that is in my comfort zone.
