What makes you most happy at work?
Working with mg favorite coworkers and being able to work withought certain management breathing down my neck, talking down to me, snapping and micro-managing.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The unique and kind people I get to work with. They are some of the only reasons many people stay so long. They help each other and go above and beyond to make it a good work environment.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Management snaps and complains and is never satisfied. We work extremely hard with little to no backup and are expected to do even more. We are talked down to and disrespected. For the amount of abuse we go through from customers and management alike, we deserve higher pay.
