Pay is low. Not competive.

Management needs to listen and be supportive! Retail is a high stress job. The company shoukd have your back.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Being supportive. Rewarding what is done correctly not just shaming for what is not done. Being realistic on how long tasks take.
