Being paid competitively with other retail businesses. Target, Walmart and even McDonald's pays more!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Yelling at senior (in age) employees. It's not a "Happy Place" as far as work environment. The work environment is becoming toxic!
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Less waiting time at registers & cut bar if there were enough Team Members working! In a very big store one manager and 3 TM's is not enough!
