Need to start paying people a manageable wage need to let us have hours to Run our store stop having ridiculous expectations

Ive worked for the company for over 5 years and have lost my yealy pay increase every year due to minimum wage going up. I feel like the company doesnt care and just wants to pay employees as little as possible
