First there is a great group of ladies to work with. The pay is horrible with no benefits except employee discount. Always cutting hours and calling last minute for you do work because store is understaffed. New District manager is horrible having lost best manager because of her negativity.

Was great untill store manager left. Now stressed with everyone overworked and customers unhappy with wait time because of understaffing.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Underpaid no benefits. Understaffed. Registers that work. Appreciation of a job well done. Perhaps a positive District Manager
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The manager that left because of district manager and her inability to appreciate employee's who work hard. Or to understand a retail store. Example pulling stock team off stocking of yarn dept. when we have a huge yarn sale. And then expecting shipping team to go thru 40 cartons to find yarn.
