This is a terrible company to work for, no concern for safety, stuck in old ways, terrible organization and bosses.

What did you like most about the interview process?

I interviewed with the best manager which made the interview process great but did create a false sense of positivity.

What are some of the best things about your team?

I love my team. As a manager my coworkers are amazing and helpful. This is not the case for our boss who barely shows up and when she does, doesn't actually do anything.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

General key holders put a lot of extra work in to pick up the slack but the actual boss does nothing but sit at her computer a few hours a day then leaves early.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

I either have customers supper happy or supper upset. Inventory is almost always off which makes finding things for people hard and causes a lot of tension. Most technology never works, so working price scanner, handhelds and computers would be a drastic improvement.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

My customers love me and tend to come back when they know I am working. My coworkers also get very happy when they know I am working and are less likely to call out which makes me feel better about the job I am doing
