Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The head manager is rude to almost all of their employees, they have made me and a few others cry before. They talk to us like we are incompetent. I dont get many hours anymore and they get taken from me when i do. What im getting oaid is not enough to pay all my bills given the few hours i get.
