The customers and coworkers are wonderful, but management is terrible. Randomly takes 5 days off when workers are out with covid and freight needs out. Constantly leaves petty notes instead kf directly telling us how to fix something. Will criticize you rudely in front of your coworkers. 0/10

Completely inderstaffed. Incompetent and poor management. Too many tasks with no help and no breaks.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I never get breaks, and I and forced tk sign something saying i was given the opportunity to take a break, when I was not.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
A new manager!!!!!!! She will send the schedule out then change it randomly throughout the week. Always leaves early, and is hard to reach when shes out of the office. She will blast you in front of your other coworkers too.
