the corp is abhorrent. They don't care about their employees. they send out the most confusing, pointless and time consuming projects, and refuse to give us the hours we need to complete them. i hate working for this company, and if i didnt love the actual work i do id have quit by now.

our manager is great, she does the best she can with the little resources the company gives her
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
we need to be paid more. we are carrying this company, and we need to be paid more for the amount of BS we deal with from people who don't know what it's like to work in the store
