Co-workers are nice, the actual job responsibilities are acceptable as far as retail positions go, but the hard truth is I'm working what feels like 4 peoples' worth of work and understaffed days mean you physically cannot complete all the tasks that need to be done.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There seems to be an overarching value to serve customers as guests
What makes you most happy at work?
The days where I actually have time to complete the tasks required.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're responsive and helpful and strive to make the experience as doable and understandable for us as they can
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel fairly valued. Nothing here particularly makes it feel like I should stay any longer than necessary, though.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Getting into contact was very responsive and quick. Paperwork and document stuff aside I felt it took very little time to go from nothing to something.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They're all nice and fun to talk to, they're responsive, cooperative, and help split the workload when possible. If the store just put more of us on shifts together it'd be so nice. Unfortunately sometimes the store is ran by 3 people max, and each person manages their own part of the store.
