What did you like most about the interview process?

Though my district manager at the time used everything I said against me maliciously, I cant hold that against the conpany as a whole

What are some of the best things about your team?

I adore my team in my specific store and theyre the only reason I stay. But higher management from DM and especially above is delusional.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Ensuring stores have the hours they need. It isnt feasible to do the planograms and run the stores in the hours they give us while keeping our customer service scores and satisfaction up.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

District Manager is not a bad guy however the demands made by higher corporate positions are unreasonable with the amount of labor given to us. They expect the world from us while actively crippling the means by we can meet their expectations.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Partner with Store Managers to understand the issues faced, especially with how little labor is given. Theyre working their best and most loyal people to the bone. I've been with the company for 10 years and am considering quitting with the lack of sympathy and overwork.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

People from the SSC need to see the damage they cause. Errors they consistantly make, from extensive signage changes to POG issues cause so many issues in stores and we're punished for them. There are no hours of labor to work with in general to run at the level they expect
