I've only worked here for a few months but we are severely understaffed and overworked. The managers refuse to make any accomodations for their employees requested hours even when they made those agreements prior to hiring them and play dumb when confronted about it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would feel better if we we're properly staffed or if our hours and/or wages were modified to accommodate said staff shortage
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team works their hardest and does everything in their power to still be kind and finish their job even when we're in this helpless position. My coworkers are all kind and understanding to me and help me the best they can even when they're also stressed and overwhelmed.
