Love working and the coworkers the issues I mostly have is with higher ups. Store manager as well as keyholders/managers

More meetings or even having really any. Seeing as there are rarely any comunication between team members
What makes you most happy at work?
Interacting with customers. Seeing them start a project and be able to learn or even get help from someone in the store.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More reinforcments or just support from others. It makes little sense to have a team and not take the time to have the team work together
