What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love my manager but have no respect for anyone above her.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
You dont let us have enough employees to stock or run the store!!!! This is a high volume store and a high crime store! You put us in danger everyday!!!
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The company will not give the hours nor pay to maintan workers. Maybe not cut the full time keyholders time in half and then spit in their face by cutting their pay in half!!!
