What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Treating the staff like human beings, with dignity and respect.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

The people who work there are old woman who hate their lives, and do not care about customer service.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

That I get to go home at the end of the day. Also that for the time being we are closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The company focuses too much on being on trend. They don't care about their employees at all. They give no benefits, work their employees to the bone and remind them constantly that they are expendable. Bullying is also encouraged and rewarded.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

People are literally paid minimum wage, and after being with the company for 10 years I was denied a raise because I hit my $10.00 cap. I had a district manager brag that they started a manager at $8.00 an hour. There are no bonuses or incentives.
