I love my co-workers and managers, but it's very hard to get a steady schedule every week (at my location).

We all look out for each other and have friendly interactions every shift.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company definitely emanates a positive work environment simply with what we're there for: arts and crafts for everybody.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The manager at the time had five candidates, including myself, do a group interview. For me, it really calmed my nerves and immediately gave me confidence about the interview.
What makes you most happy at work?
The interactions with my co-workers, managers, and putting away the fabric in between customers. I also really love when customers come to the counter with bolts and bolts of fabric because they know exactly what they want of each, and the task is tedious in a way that I love.
