Being able to help people with becoming more creative and artistic. I also get to meet a lot of friendly people (including my coworkers).
The interviewers were funny, friendly and very laid back. They definitely didn't want to show some form of authoritative dictatorship. At the end of the interview, one interviewer asked me what type of superpower I would like to have and why.
They are extremely patient with me and always helped. Their were times when I felt as if I truly messed up and they just calmly told me my mistakes, why they are bad and what to do the next time the situation arises again. They are also friendly and respectful.
Communication is a must and my coworkers are very good at keeping it. Since I'm fairly new, I'm still learning the locations of products. I could just radio them, ask a question and they would answer as soon as they could. They are all funny and a pleasure to be around.
