Friends. Being able to FINISH a task. Definitely NOT the customers.

Paying hard working, dedicated employees more than MINIMUM WAGE and $.25 a year RAISES.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The long term employees are great friends. We have a lot of young people who leave after 1-2 months.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Merit pay raises and more recognition for hard working people. Get rid of people who do not show up to work regularly.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They like to find out what kind of hobbies you have and assign you to the duties that best fit your interests.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Company does not pay MERIT PAY RAISES as it "promotes favoritism", so the hardest working employees AND the slackers get the same $.25/hr raise.
