
Managers yell at employees. They under-schedule, so that one person is doing the work of 3 at times, but regardless of whether you keep up with that pace you are still shouted at and demanded more of.
Leadership needs to treat their team-members better. Overworked as it is, we don't deserve to be treated poorly and taken advantage of. A manager that shouts at a tries to manipulate her workers should not continue being a manager.
