As soon as I find a new job, I'm gone. I'm over being told how my boss cares about me only to have her lies shine through.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
A new store manager and pay equivalent to your work.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was lead to believe that this was going to be a fantastic place to work and that everyone works as a team.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being able to manage a team without belittling them on a regular basis. Also need to learn how to not blatantly lie to team members
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
If the store manager didn't cause such a negative feeling in the workplace, I think coworkers would feel more welcomed to interact more pleasantly with one another.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
When you treat your employees terribly, they don't want to work to their best ability therefore the customers see it and don't want to shop there. Change needs to start at the top.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been told time and time again how appreciated I am and how I will be getting a raise, but it has never happened. When I'm constantly being told that someone else was better, that doesn't make me feel the appreciation.
