What is the best part about your compensation package?

I actually haven't taken advantage of the benefits/compensation since I'm still on my family's insurance plan.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Everyone is nice, but if I'm not feeling super social and don't feel like talking too much, I don't feel forced to socialize either.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They're all very nice and accomodating. It's a great place to work as a student who doesn't have the time to have a regular schedule.

What makes you most happy at work?

I really enjoy stocking basic items, it gives me time to myself to think about my own creative projects while doing something mindless but still productive.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Nobody gets penalized for small mistakes. If I mess up a little, it's fine. Anything that could really get someone in trouble (ex: using a phone on the floor) is emphasized a lot, so there's no worry about accidentally messing up beyond repair.

What did you like most about the interview process?

The interview was a lot less comprehensive than a lot of others I've had. Since my resume said I had a lot of retail experience already, the interviewer mostly just asked me about my own creative projects to gauge my comfort and experience with the merchandise.
