Certain stores are better than others, but I can't take much more of this job. The ship is sinking, and I'm hoping to find another job before it goes under.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Certain workers in certain stores are better than others. But if JoAnn's would actually look at who they're hiring, there be less slackers (that do so blatantly).
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The building's are falling apart, people are stealing things, the higher ups blame the employees, there isn't enough people to run a store properly -- the employees are not getting paid enough to deal with abuse from "customers" and handle maintenance, and are either leaving or breaking down.
