I was fooled that this was a company who cared

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

We are expendable, disposable! We are overworked, stressed, under appreciated. Made to overwork ourselves physically and mentally each and everyday, while trying to maintain a customer friendly environment, while you just throw more and more demands.

What are some of the best things about your team?

I like most of my co-workers, since they are also trying to make the most of a bad situation, and they genuinely care about doing a good job working and customer service. Despite the company that doesn't care for them.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

To listen to us, to hear our concerns, our ideas, our thoughts to care about us, as we are expected to care for "your" customers. You can replace us over and over again with someone new, but without us, how would that work?

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

If the company "actually" cared about us. Not cutting hours, then demand unrealistic goals and expectations. Having ad after ad EVERY night going up coming down, revisions. You would save tons of money on signs if you didn't waste so much on all the paper. That is not environmentally friendly.
