There were some rough times, but I think that in general, things are going well. I don't agree with every choice that the executive team makes, but I think overall they make decisions that align with the goals of the company. I like all my coworkers, and we have a very strong team that gets it done.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to share time with coworkers and complete projects to continue the growth of the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I like the variety of backgrounds. It creates an environment of creativity and growth that I think is really nice.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are a number of fun events throughout the year. They make an effort to keep things interesting and fun.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They make a sincere effort to improve morale and to keep things fresh. But many of their initiatives fall flat or are quickly reversed.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like the potential for bonuses, and I think that the benefits are okay. The match on the 401(k) and the options there are really good.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It's been a while, but I remember that I had a few phone interviews before the in-person interviews. I really liked being able to talk with people who would be on my future team and learn what would be expected of me before I stepped into the building.
