Customers are friendly and management is fun,
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The best thing is that the customers and the workers are all friendly. The customers are there because they WANT to be crafting and creating something with their imagination.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Since I am cross trained to work in any department and I am always on call, I feel like I should make more money than those who stand around and do little to nothing,
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is full of friendly people who do not form cliques. We are all working together and not one person is better than the others or worse than the team. No one is seen as a weak link and we are all there to help each other.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team understands that I have a personal life away from work and that I am a human being. My supervisor allows me to make my own schedule (within reason) and my CEO closes all locations early on holiday eves and then close on holidays in order to spend time with fmaily.
